In $37 million push to buy Chinese-made masks for COVID-19, Washington state runs into delays, poor quality and fit problems

After ordering $37 million of Chinese-made masks to protect against the coronavirus, state officials cancelled more than half the orders and stopped placing new ones over quality and fit problems.
